Apple Music
quite a while ago I signed up for a three month trial on Apple Music but never actually used it, how do I check if I’m eligible for a free trial again??

You can only have one free trial. Not using it doesn't make you due to have it again. At the end of a free trial you are automatically charged for the subscription so I hope you cancelled that at the time.
