Just got my iPad Pro 11” and an accompanying Apple Pencil. I have procreate and first tried to use it in there but my pencil skips when I try to draw in the app. In safari, when using my pencil, it continuously clicks and zooms in on the page. I added a photo to show what it does in the procreate app.

If you tap on the brush icon in the upper right of Procreate you can customize its brush settings.
Yes to all of the above. I literally opened the pencil straight from the box a few hours ago. The ‘glitching’ is not confined just to procreate. It occurs no matter the app. In Safari, it randomly zooms the page as you scroll, if held down the page/link acts like it is being tapped and retapped by the pencil.
