How can I set up paperless billing somy bill doesn’t go to my address

Hi Chris. Interesting indeed. I contacted support via message from the wallet app and the first response I got was that “there is no paper bill for the Apple Card, everything lives inside the wallet app”. So I mentioned that I had in fact received one and there was definitely some visible confusion. No request for one from me found. I was told it will be taken care of. Anyway, Seems it is correct to assume that typically, there should be no paper bill/statement

Contact the business that you get your bill from and see what options they have.

There is no paper bill for the Card.

Everything about it lives in the wallet app on your phone.

Like I said, Apple does not send out paper billing. Take the time to read a little more about the Apple Card. That information is there, as well as the part that states you cannot download purchase information to any apps at this time.

This is not entirely accurate. I just received my first statement, 3 pages of transactions including min. payment due/date section , in the mail. I found this thread while also searching for a completely paperless option

You are correct about no statement. Well, I guess you can frame that and say you were the only one to receive a paper bill!

Has anyone figured this out? I’ve now received paper statements for three months in a row and I don’t know how to make it stop. Thanks!

Interesting. I've never seen a bill, except on my iPhone. I've never read of some way to make changes to how you receive your billing either. Did you set up something special when you applied? I've just looked over the support documents for the Apple Card and find nowhere that talks about paper billing.

Apple does not send out paper billing. So I'm not sure what your question has to do with Apple.

I came here having the same question. This is the second month that I have indeed gotten a statement in the mail.

The help through messages was a worthless attempt.
