Can’t delete apps

I have an iPad Pro, 12.4 update. It’s not letting me delete apps. When I press slightly there is no (x) I’ve done the steps with the screen time and it’s still not letting me delete any apps.

HELP!!🤠😔

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

Try deleting them in Setting
Open the Settings app on iPad.
Tap General.
Select iPad Storage.

You’ll see a list of all the apps you have downloaded on your iPad.

Tap on an app you want to delete.
you can also just offload the app if you choose
