Activation Lock

I'm new iphone user. Bought a iphone have no idea about apple id because mobile runs clearly but then restore phone requires apple id. Now, niether buyers address nor contact number.

Very confused about this problem last almost 6-8 month. Phone disable my maney waiste. What should i do now.

My humble request to apple iphone that brand contact to original owner tell him my problem and solve please or share owner contact source with me and I persnolly ask.
