Itunes gives me a 2059 error

Hi!

I had to change my appleid country from Finland to Usa cause Finnish itunes doesnt have Hellboy 2019 in 4k. Did the country change, bought it, changed the country back to Finland again. Hellboy is in my library (on my pc laptop) but when i try to download it it say translated roughly "Item is temporarily out of use, try again later" and the other errormessage is "err = 2059". I dont see the movie on my Appletv 4K either. What should i do to watch this movie?
