MacOS update 10.14.6 won't complete

Every time I try to "install now" the latest MacOS update it only gets to 336 MB downloaded and then gives up? Does anyone have any ideas. I'm a new Mac user so still finding my way around.

I cannot update my MacBook Pro macOS I cannot update my MacBook Pro macOS (I have Mojave 10.14.4) to BigSur. There is 35GB of disk space. I did partition the drive to dual boot to Windows10 (to use few specific programs :-(. When I launch the update It keeps failing and to launch the update and begin the download process. Any ideas?

why will my update fail to complete on my mac I have enough storage for the macOS update and I press install and it goes through the whole process and then at the end it says failed to complete update. Why is this happening?
