I want an Apple Watch and I have a strong allergie to nickel what should I do ?

Apple also declared that the quantity of nickel inside the stainless steel alloy is too small to be dangerous.
That said, if you have strong allergy, you have to consider a possible skin reaction. The only way to check it is to try a model. Who knows, maybe one day Apple will reintroduce a ceramic model: that would be better suited for you.
