iPhone disabled connect to iTunes

I have my iPhone 6s however is saying iPhone disabled connect to iTunes I've tried to do that and its not connecting for some reason any help

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
