How do i save a PDF document on my iPad Air 2?

Hi,

I am unable to save a PDF document on my iPad Air 2. I downloaded the document from my auto insurance account online, but unable to save it to Books or Files as the option doesn’t show up when i click on the save tab.

Since you cannot download anything from iOS Safari, you could go looking for another tbird party Web browser that has an actual download manager that will allow you to actually download the file into a download location/manager area within the Web browser and still use the Share sheet icon option or an Open option to pick what app you want to use to open the PDF in.

Apple Pages should be one of the apps that should let you open a PDF document in, but you might need to download and install a PDF app that allows you to edit a PDF file.

I just tried this with a Website page using an older version of iOS Safari.

I tapped the share sheet icon, picked among apps I have and picked an app that I know will convert the Webpage and impoted it as a PDF.

It only brought in half of the entire full Webpage, but it brought it in as a PDF.

So, the share sheet icon method does work.
