MacBook Air (13-inch), keyboard (built-in) doesn't work correctly

Hi, can anyone please help.. my MacBook Air keyboard suddenly doesn't work correctly. Some of the keys are not functioning when I login, I'm using it all morning without any issues then put on sleep for an hour only. I have tried to restart, and also reset (SMC) but still not working. Currently I'm using external keyboard to use my laptop.

Aside from the few letters not working the rest are functioning well (command and F keys, touchpad)

Your internal keyboard has a hardware issue. You need to take the laptop to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to be repaired.
