Refund disaster

I was charged 69.99 for a purchase that was for the Calm app. When I downloaded the app it did not stare it was going to cost anything as in the past I didn’t need to pay . I submitted a reaquest for a refund and was immediately refused who can I contact next

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
