I have games I play on phone, like Hidden Hotel and when I try to make a purchase for more time or cash, I keep getting a message (payment method failed) it will no longer except my credit card information

Has your credit card expired, been replaced, or your address changed from that currently on file in your Apple ID information? Double-check the above, and in particular, expiration date, and an address that matches your credit card address of record.
