I have two iphones One for the UK and one for Dubai. I set up and paired my apple watch with the UK phone.

I just bought a 2nd apple watch which I want to pair with my UK phone. I updated the watches OS to the latest

However, when pairing it reaches a point where it cannot go any further and it times out
