Health App showing wrong date and time

I noticed that on the Health app under "WORKOUTS" it shows the date as being 4/28/23 with the time at 7:04 AM. The date and time everywhere else is correct. How can I get this to show the correct time?

Not sure what the "Lose it" app is that was on the page. I don't think it's a daylight saving time issue, it's a complete date and time issue. If you look at the date in the "workouts" bar it shows the date as being in the future and the time being WAY off.
