Refund for Apps

i signed up for a 7-day trial on Starz app and was charged immediately. I went to my itunes account to request a refund and apple told me my reason doesn’t suffice for a refund. the app does not work in my current region. how do i get a refund?

App Refund I purchaed an app via my iphone app store at the end of November the developers of the app confirm the app will not work properly with my phone and therefore I should request a refund back through apple for the purchase of the app. Any ideas how to do this ? Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
