Use a web browser and sign in with Apple ID and password at www.icloud.com that you used in an iPhone see this link https://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm8b32f3ae27

And view the photos see this link https://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm73262d11fe

And then delete the photos see this link https://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm08b49040b5
