The system slows down

Hi dear advisor,

My iphone is 7 32gb, for a few hours my phone is growing warm, and İt slows down. İt was quite good yesterday and the befor yesterday, suddenly it started to stuck when I start to use it and it is very hot. Could someone help me?

I am using the lastest version does it cause to the problem?
