My Apple Music didn’t transfer to my new phone an it keeps saying billing address back to sign in

Verify that you used the same Apple ID on your new device as used for the subscription.


Also try this:

  1. Restart your iOS device. See if it works better now. If not, try step 2.
  2. Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on. See if it works better now. If not, try step 3.
  3. Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in. See if it works better now.
