Unable to find a way to switch between graphics to use hardware acceleration.

I am unable to find a way to switch between graphic options in order to use hardware acceleration but without success. It does not come up in the relevant Energy Safer tab, and because of it I am unable to use Photoshop filters (which require hardware acceleration to be enabled)

I was trying to identify if I have one or two graphics based on my machine year and model (see prints creen attached) But I was unable to find even one.

This is where I have gone already in order to find what if one or two GPU's are on my machine:

-About this Mac

-System Report

-Graphics/Displays

Machine info:

information from system report

Can anyone help me find a solution for the Photoshop issue please? Thanks ever so much in advance!
