moving contacts in my iphone to my laptop/gmail account

On my Iphone, in Contacts, I have 4 separate accounts from other email accounts/employers such as "Ports America", Forte", etc. It is my "Ports America account in my iphone and list of contacts I want to push to my general Gmail account to use on my lapt

YOu'll need to ask port america/or look at their support on how to export your contacts and import it to gmail.
