Access contacts data hosted at btinternet.com within Contacts app

Trying to aid a friend who uses a webmail interface to his Mail and Contacts hosted at btinternet.com: essentially he wishes to migrate from webmail to using specific apps on his new iMac and iPhone

It has been straightforward to configure the Mail app to access btinternet.com (IMAP)

I can’t appear to find information to configure Contacts app to access contacts data btinternet.com

I wonder if anyone can assist please?
