Deleting and Recovering
If I permanently delete a video from my iphone, can it be found on my MacBook through Icloud backup afterwards?
Does your Mac have a backup using Time Machine or another backup system you can restore from?

If the iCloud photos is enabled, the only way to get it is from Recently Deleted folder, otherwise it's gone.
