Refund

Hello. I was charged money for a subscription that I did not commit. I try to return the money according to the instructions. I choose the option "I did not give consent to this purchase", but sends me to a broken page https://getsupport.apple.com/ How do I get a refund? Please, help me.

FIRST, you need to cancel the subscription-->View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If you see and cancel the subscription there, then go to -->Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase - Apple Support


If you do not see it in your Apple subscriptions you must have subscribed directly with the provider. Apple cannot refund in this case, but this link offers advice-->Get help with subscriptions not billed through Apple - Apple Support
