Is country location mean hacking is happening
i was comparing my IPhone to another One and saw my location setting as Canada english. i live in UNited States. Why would that be showing That as location?

It sounds as if you're describing what the phone's language was set to. Where exactly did you see this? If it was in Settings>General>Language & Region>iPhone Language, all you need to do is to set it to your preferred language. Most likely, someone changed it accidentally.
