Imessage and Facetime wont register my new number

I switched SIM cards but iMessage keeps saying its "Waiting for Activation" also Facetime says the same thing but it also says where I can be reached at and it lists my Apple ID and my previous number not my current number.

The previous number is buffering and is grey.

It takes sometimes up to 24 hours and than comes back with an error saying its Unable to Activate.

Ive done all the steps:

Verified Time Zone, Shutdown, Turn it off and on in Settings, etc
