App Store: change of location to download and buy apps

Hello,

I'm from Germany and I'll be spending the next four months in the States. Thus I need some apps from the US App Store.

So, I changed my location in the settings of the store a couple of times now but when it's set on "US", search for an app and then want to download it, it tells me to change my location back to Germany. But if I have it set on Germany, the apps won't even show up because they're US apps.

Can anyone tell me what to do in order to able to download the apps that I need here in the US?
