Fraud

Hello, I have recently linked my debit card to AppleCash because I was trying to purchase concert tickets from a merchant. However, once I sent the money via AppleCash, the merchant never sent me the tickets nor did they refund me my money. There is absolutely no link between me and the number I sent it to so it very obvious that the number was a scammer. I am writing this dispute because I just want to get my money back as I work very hard for my money. Please see the attached screen shot of the conversation that was requested by the merchant in exchange of concert tickets I never received. I took a screen shot on August 22, 2019, the day it occurred.
