Unauthorized Transactions from Debit Card

I would like to know that is there a fast way to get a refund for unauthorized transactions which is done by Apple. Yesterday they hit 16 transactions within 2-3 minutes from my debit card that is ridiculous from a company that has CAP Valued of Trillion dollars!

Please suggest how to get refund ?
