Hello team, i was just trying to reach anyone from account security team. My card was hacked through app store by a stranger in my office who took my mobile and downloaded a premium application without me to know ,,, I reported the bank to stop the card already but the amount was deducted from my card! So any help for refund

Is it even a reply! Why should i refer to my bank if you are the one who processed with the deduction and you are having the authority to refund the amount! Screenshot attached for the deduction
You credit card company should indemnity you if you contested the charge.
