Unable to update Free Apps after upgrade to 12.4

After the upgrade to 12.4, I'm no longer able to upgrade any apps on my iPad.

The badge sign indicates updates for installed apps ( 6 already now), but when I want to update I

get a strange message on my screen indicating .

(Translated text)

"This reduced price is only available to customers who have an earlier version of this article. click buy to buy this item for the full price."

This is not related with purchased Apps, but with installed free apps (Facebook, Messenger, Spotify, Youtube,...)

Any idea?

I guess that could be correct.

I deleted them and reloaded them... seems to work now..

Let's see in the coming which other apps are affected :D

This seems to be a fairly new problem. Is there any chance those apps were downloaded with a different Apple ID? That seems to be the common denominator of people with a similar problem.

Since there’s this message:

"This reduced price is only available to customers who have an earlier version of this article. click buy to buy this item for the full price."

I suppose it’s not a FREE app anymore so you might want to reconsider if you still want to update it or find other FREE apps.
