IOS Public Beta

Recently I added my iPad to the Apple Beta Program, however I tried resetting it back to IOS 12 and it could not find a save file. ( I did a backup before I upgraded to iPad OS) So if anyone knows how they could help me convert back to IOS 12 please tell me.

IOS 14 developer beta I recently downloaded the IOS 14 developer beta and can't get back to IOS 13. I have looked everywhere but nothing that I find works.
