I've got an iPad Pro 3rd edition 2018. I am trying to play a product info video on the argos website but it will not play.

my old iPad plays it no problem

can anyone help me please

You should write to argos and ask.

iPad Pro supports all formats from your old iPad.

Try : Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
