Native mail attachment limit

We have exchange server 2016 setup in our organization and the mail limit size is 25 Mb. On our iOS devices, we have configured the exchange configuration but we are unable to send any attachment whose size is over 10 Mb. Similarly, if the attachment size is less than 10 Mb then we can attach multiple files upto 20 Mb and the mail is sent successfully.

Can anyone confirm if there is any mail attachment size limit in the Native Mail client?

Hello, KrishnaRajput!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue sending emails with certain sized attachments from your iOS devices. I recommend checking out this article If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch for some steps you can try to troubleshoot your issues. I also recommend reaching out to your email service provider to be sure there are no issues on their end causing the limitations.

Let me know the results and take care!

Hello,

Thank you for the reply, but this does not answer my query. We are able to send and receive mails on iPhone but when the attachment size is over 10 Mb, we are unable to send the mail. Similarly, if there are multiple attachments which are less than 10 Mb (For e.g. 5 Mb + 4 Mb + 3 Mb) then we are able to send the mail successfully.

Also, there is no issue from the email service provider.
