Apple Music Browse Trouble

I am subscribed to Apple Music but the application is not letting me access the "for you," "browse," or "radio" tabs to get new music. It does not say "error" or anything like that, the wheel just continues to spin. It has been like this for awhile; I am all up to date on software updates and what not, I have signed out and signed back in, restarted my computer, and more. What do I need to do to access these tabs so I can get what I've been paying for?

Thanks -- right now there's a lot of Mac users (including me) reporting the exact same issue you have, and they're all using El Capitan 10.11.6 and iTunes 12.8.2.3.

Apple Support told me that the issue is most likely related to El Capitan. They suggested I do the things you did (sign in & out, restart, safe-boot, and turn iCloud Sharing off and on again) but said they don't have any documentation of fixes for El Capitan since it's too old.

The new Music app is supposed to launch in late September and I'm hoping that takes care of the issue.
