Can't search in Apple Music

I have a subscription to Apple Music and I tried to search for a song. it was only searching inside my library. I am unable to search the Apple Music section, it only lists "Your Library" and "iTunes Store" to search. On the sidebar I cannot browse the Apple Music section as the only one listed under Apple Music is "Radio." I am unsure of why this happened. I already tried logging out and logging back in, and it was unsuccessful. Further, when I go to Music > Preferences, I don't have a restrictions tab. Only general, playback, files, and advanced.
