Can't uninstall Apple Keyboard (Driver) on Windows 10

Hello,

i installed the "AppleKeyboardInstaller64.exe" and want to uninstall it now. But i cant ?

in Device Manager i uninstalled all HID - Apple Keyboards and i only have one Keyboard Layout and already changed that to another and restarted several times.

This "Driver" is still there and i cant find or uninstall it!

PLEASE HELP! - Thank you!

Ok i managed to uninstall it finally, after several hours searching...

i opened REGEDIT > HKEY_USERS > .DEFAULT > KEYBOARD LAYOUT > edit #1 to your needings, in my case German (00000407)

you can find the values here:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/windows-language-pack-default-values

then deleted entry #2 , opened DEVICE MANAGER and uninstalled all HID > Apple-Keyboard (3 Entries in my case)

restarted computer and finally i have my working F-Keys withouth pressing FN back!

yesss

yes, i realised after driver install, that i need to press the FN Key for normal F-Keys and that *****

all game overlays like Steam, Origin use SHIFT+F1 or SHIFT+F2 and Nvidia Screenshot Shortcut is ALT+F1 and it ***** pressing a third button with second hand just to get into the overlay ;)

i am on a windows machine and not on a Mac, but i love the feeling of my Apple Keyboard ;)

i wanted working volume buttons but it was a bad idea

finally i solved to delete this mysteriously hidden driver

thanks
