Trying to update my apps and a pop-up comes along and tells me to log in and check my billing information

I have been trying to update my apps all day and a pop-up comes along and tells me to log in and check my billing information. And i do and click done but it keeps telling me over and over and absolutely nothing is wrong with the billing information so i don't know what to do.
