Trackpad Heptic Feedback not working after update to 10.14.6

After updating the macOS to 10.14.6, Heptic Feedback stopped working. Also the trackpad doesn't respond on login screen, once external USB mouse is attached, the trackpad starts working as well.

See if the problem also occurs in Safe Mode.

Resetting NVRAM and SMC might help.
