Im in a Hotel here in China, and my Iphone7 says it is connected to their Wifi but when I iopen my apps like messenger it says “No Connection/Connecting...” Can someone help me? Please.

It might be connected to the network, but you still need to access the outside portal.

Is there a key to login as a user? If so, request one.
