I can't find the reminders icon

I want to put the reminders app in a group on my iPhone but I can't find the reminders icon. I have to swipe down at the bottom and search for it to open it. Please help.

If you don’t see it on your other screens, then look for it in the folders you already have. When you do a search for it, that should show you where it is located.
