can’t log into facebook or messenger app

i have a iphone 8, and i haven’t been able to use my facebook app or messenger for almost 2 months. it logged me out on its own & everytime i’ve tried to log back in it says “unexpected error, try again later” & it says the same thing when i try logging into messenger. i can get on through the browser or someone else’s phone but not on mine. ive tried everything. i’ve reset my phone & all network settings, i’ve updated my phone and the apps. deleted the apps and reinstalled them. i’ve looked in settings to see if there’s anything there i could do to fix it and couldn’t find anything. how can i fix it?? it’s driving me nuts. here’s pictures!
