Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar. Apple doesn't actually replace iPad screens. If you purchased AppleCare+ when you bought your iPad and you are still within the two year coverage, a replacement iPad will cost you $49.
If you didn't purchase AppleCare+, Apple will offer you an Out of Warranty replacement for about 60% of the purchase price of the iPad when it was new.
