Headset Issue
After os upgrade in my ipad and iphone 7, headset sound was very low, when i changing the left ear pod right and right ear pod to left, the sound was good... am using 2 headsets, two having same issue...

Lets try this, use a toothpick (or anything non metallic) to try and clear out any debris that could be lodged in the mini-phono port on your iPad.
