Swapped out internal drive to SSD - getting not mounted on Internal APFS Physical Store

Hi guys, as the subject says my computer seems to be running OK, but under the PCI Internal APFS Physical Store it is showing as not mounted.

Have I done something wrong? I basically installed Mojave from scratch again on my new SSD before installing into my iMac late 2014.

I am guessing that you originally had a Fusion Drive. After installing the SSD, you installed Mojave on the new Samsung SSD. I am thinking that now you have two separate drives. One is the Samsung SSD (with Mojave installed) the other being the original Apple 128GB SSD that was part of the original Fusion Drive. So basically you are just using the Samsung SSD as your boot drive.

You could use Disk Utility to reformat the Apple128GB SSD and use it for storage or even install Mojave on it and have it as second boot drive. You could remake your Fusion Drive, but you must be sure to have a backup because everything will be erased in the process. I don't think there would be a real advantage to resetting the Fusion Drive.
