Safari WebKitBlobResource error 1

Hi,

Trying to print eBay postage labels and when I go to download the label it gives me the message "The operation couldn't be completed" - "WebKitBlobResource error 1"

I tried using Chrome instead of Safari but similar outcome.

Any ideas
