Apple Pay. Verification failed for domain

Hi.

I try to verify my domain for apple pay.

I have added domain and downloaded the file for verification (apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association.txt)

This file accesses by url https://neymanroman.office.bitrix.ru/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association.txt

Then I try verify but I get error "Verification failed for domain".

In my access_log I see request

[29/Aug/2019:10:49:50 +0200] "GET /.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association.txt HTTP/1.0" 200 5928

Before I have already done verification of domain and it was ok, but then my ssl certificate expired.

I have updated my ssl certificate and now I can't verify my domain.

Why I get this error?
