Sincerely ask you for support.
My sister decided to sell her Apple watch, but it was declined by reciever.
Reciever send back fake and damaged device without serial numbers on it, but the box of the device is original.
She realy hope to get it back.
if it is possible to lock the device via serial number I would be grateful.

If she erased the device prior to selling the watch she cannot lock the device and the serial number is of no use unless she reports the incident to the police.
