Very true. Forgot they released the Mini 5 in March.
In which case, there probably won't be a new one in September, though Apple has been known to release two iPads the same year. (iPad 3 / 4 cough), so nothing is set in stone.

Apple has not made any mention of any new products yet however.
Wait for their customary September event. They'll surely mention it then, if its coming.
