how do i get homepod to add music I downloaded to itunes

I downloaded amazon music to itunes. How do i get my homepod to recognize and play it.

playing music on HomePod start with my music I listen to music from the original Music app but most of my music doesn't come from Apple Music first, I download the music on my mac second, I import it into "mac's" Music third, I sync the music library to my iPhone so that I can listen to music on my iPhone without any other apps so the problem is if I buy a HomePod can it play the music "that doesn't come from Apple Music"? thanks

HomePod Mini won't play non-Apple Music I have a lot of unreleased music, b-cuts and the like in addition to an Apple Music account. However, Apple Music skips over my many of the songs in my library. How can I get Home Pod Mini to play all the music in my library?

HomePod works natively with your iTunes purchase history, or your iCloud Music library if you have either of the iTunes Match or Apple Music services. You can AirPlay other content from iTunes or your iOS device.
